QUESTIONS

What batteries are needed for the clocks and how long do the batteries last for?
All of Twemco clocks use D sizes batteries, Fartech uses both D sizes for the mechanical movements and AA size for the quartz clock. Solari uses D sizes
batteries and OEM uses many different types, depending on models. Most clocks should last for about 1-3 years before you need to change the batteries.
TWEMCO clocks are generally more energy- saving and last the longest without any drop in time accuracy. Some OEM clocks may require to change
batteries every year.
Do you have other models or colors that are not on your website?
No. We don't have any other colors or models that are not indicated on our website. Whatever colors and models you see according to the pictures are
the actual products we have. Unless you are ordering in very larger quantity (more than qty 30), then we are able to customize your order.
Do your clocks come with warranty?
Yes, every clock comes with 1 year international limited warranty and a 7 days one-to-one exchange. However, the warranty is void if the clock was
found to be mishandled or improperly used. If you are not based in Singapore, you will have to deliver the clock back to us and incur the charges for
your own shipment. We will gladly redeliver a brand new clock back to you during the 7 days period, and to repair your clock for free within the 1 year
period. Having said all of these, it is unlikely for anything like that to happen. Apart from the manufacturer's QC, we have our own in-house QC, together
with our packing procedures. CLICK here to find out more.
Why are flip clocks so expensive?
Flip clocks are partially digital & mechanical, that's why. The manufacturing and assembly process for each clock is extremely tedious and numerous
flaps are individually silk-printed. When you buy a flip clock, you are paying for that technology, as well as a piece of art, both modern yet classic and
timeless. However, there are MANY oem models in the market (R&D and made in China) that are really bad in quality. Some of them go as cheap as $30
per clock. It's pretty impossible that these clocks can even tell the time, not to mentioned will they even last for a month. PLEASE READ HERE.
