Delivery & Returns
All sales are final & clocks sold internationally are non-refundable only under the exception of stock unavailability or other exceptional cases. If your
clock has been broken, torn or stained incurred by mailing upon arrival, it can be exchanged 1 to 1 (brand new), within the first 7 days. Please contact
us and we will guide you with the procedures. Having said so, please note that we take extreme care in packing our clocks, and we do an in-house
quality check before we ship out our clocks, thus the possibilities of such a hassle is rare.
OEM, Twemco, Fartech and Solari clocks come with a standard 1 year international warranty.
In the event if your clock is faulty within the warranty period, you may deliver the clock back to us for repair. However, warranty is void if the clock has
found to be mishandled. Flip clocks are very fragile and requires careful handling when transporting. You can see why we spare no error when packing
our clocks and getting them ready for shipping. If the fault is found to be a manufacturer's fault, we may consider to do a 1 to 1 exchange on a case by
case basis or proceed with repair. The international warranty does not cover additional materials used for repair and shipping costs.
Our standard shipment does not include insurance, as we find it rather unnecessary. However, if you do require insurance on your flip clock, please
contact us before you submit your order online. Your invoice will be shipped together with your clock.
